Marketing Recon delivers its services in one or more of the following ways:
Audit Marketing and Business Development Audits involve a set 3-5 day effort to produce a snapshot view of the client’s state of affairs in these two areas. The project usually includes a 5-page summary with directional recommendations.
Project Assignment Short term objectives can usually be addressed by setting up a specific project for a one to three month period. Marketing initiatives are more easily carried out in this mode than Business Development. Projects can be done on a daily rate basis or a pre-negotiated fee.
Retainer Retainer arrangements are available on for a limited number of clients and are recommended when a significant amount of client or partner contact is required. This type of arrangement also allows MR the flexibility to provide ongoing research and idea generation for new business opportunities.
Virtual Executive When appropriate, an MR professional can act as a virtual Marketing Executive for a monthly retainer.
Coach Jacqueline Ganim–DeFalco or other key partners can act as a coach to facilitate and monitor the Marketing or BusDev executive’s professional objectives and support the executive to optimize the organization’s resources to achieve these goals.
